The Phoenix Shop is open every day of the week between 10:30am and 6:00pm. When you get there, please check in at the register, ask for an application and see if the supervisor is available to meet you in person. 

Nepenthe Restaurant is open every day of the week between 11:30am to 10:00pm. When you get here please check in with the host, ask for an application and see if the supervisor is available to meet you in person.
